Cookin Grate

110 pound dressed weight hawg on ice in the bathtub.
Whiskey is far too curious!

After being on ice for 36 hours and rubbed for 18,
its ready for the oven at 9AM on 10/6/2007
 

After 28 hours at ~200 degrees its now 1pm on 10/7/2007
and the ham probe shows 170 degees.
